You will be responsible for managing and executing aftermarket projects for our existing and new customers. The role includes planning, coordinating, and leading service and renovation projects from kick-off to final delivery.As Project Manager, you will work in close collaboration with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution of our aftermarket projects.
You will have a central role in the coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to secure efficient, timely, and successful project deliveries.You will:Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocationManage human and material resources effectively to ensure milestones are metCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and equipmentImplement and follow up on quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standardsIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure clear and ongoing communication with stakeholdersMonitor project progress and report status to management and clientsSupport the continuous development of AET’s aftermarket offeringsThe role is based at our headquarters in Aalborg, Denmark, but some travel activity is expected as our clients are located across Europe.
Your profileYou are an experienced project manager with a solid technical understanding, preferably within the energy sector, process industry, or similar fields. You are structured, proactive, and confident in driving projects forward, even under pressure.You enjoy working across teams and cultures, and you are not afraid to take ownership and make decisions when needed.We imagine you have:Proven experience in managing technical projectsStrong coordination and communication skillsA hands-on and solution-oriented approachThe ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interestsFluent English skills, both spoken and writtenTeam spirit and the ability to collaborate across departmentsIt’s an advantage if you have experience with aftermarket services or technical upgrades within industrial or energy-related projects.
