We are now looking for a Student Assistant to support our HR and Commercial teams with coordination, administration, planning, and day-to-day operational support across the business.

This role is ideal for a student who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and moving effortlessly between coordination, communication, planning, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Support ongoing administrative and operational tasks across HR and Commercial
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, follow-ups, and internal processes
  • Maintain structure and overview across tasks, workflows, and deadlines
  • Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, and internal coordination
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events
  • Support workshops, conferences, partner meetings, and team activities
  • Handle logistics, scheduling, communication, and execution related to events
HR & Commercial Support
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Support commercial activities and stakeholder coordination
  • Help ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and operational activities
  • Act as a reliable support function for day-to-day business needs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (final semesters) or a master’s degree (early semesters)
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Experience with coordination, planning, administration, or event support is considered an advantage
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel and digital collaboration tools
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and AI tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
TERMS
  • Part-time position (12-20 hours per week)
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Minimum two days per week at the office
  • Start date: August 2026 (or as soon as possible)
  • Location: Danish Technological Institute near Taastrup / hybrid setup
  • Reporting to HR & Commercial
