Support strategic initiatives and the global leadership team You will join our Customer Support Center of Competence (CoC) in Aarhus, collaborating and building relations with stakeholders and colleagues from all around the world. You get a vital role in supporting the Divisional Director and the rest of the leadership team in both Denmark and Germany to reach our strategic goals.
You ensure that communication and information is prioritized at all levels of the organization – and together with the leadership team, you will continuously work across various strategic areas to ensure the further development of our Customer Support business.

More specifically, you will: Drive and implement global strategy implementation projects across Customer Support Work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth change management and process implementations Drive digital and data-driven projects and initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across our group companies to ensure global alignment on projects, processes and initiatives Handle administrative tasks related to your projects, Customer Support events, and support to the Divisional Director What we offer We offer a challenging, international position in an organization of professional and highly qualified leaders and colleagues, where you will have ample opportunity of gaining influence.

Moreover, we imagine that you: Have some experience from a similar role, where you have worked with strategy implementations and change management – possibly from a service or a technical organization, as a consultant or similar Have a good technical understanding, enabling you to easily familiarize yourself with highly technical projects and stakeholders in a service organization Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish and/or German as an additional language is a plus Interested?
