You will play a crucial role in driving operations excellence in close partnership with our preferred partners. Your focus is to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, and we deliver as promised. Your daily responsibilities will include: Overall responsibility for the delivery of catering, cleaning, outdoor areas and pest control provided by our partners including KPIs, satisfaction, innovations, reporting and more Responsible for receptions and handymen scope and direct manager for their team leads Building strong relationships with our stakeholders, customers and preferred partners Support and ensure implementation of internal processes and requirements To be a success in your role, we hope you have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and management of soft services Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change Solid knowledge of KPIs and supplier management Fluency in spoken and written English Preferably experience from a large international company What we can guarantee you: A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities to develop and grow professionally Taking part in our client’s progressive growth Competitive salary and benefits package A chance to work with a global CBRE team of professionals within facility management Are you ready to take on the challenge?
