• while making an impact on both strategy and execution?At ECCO, you’ll build cohesive and emotionally resonant campaigns that strengthen ECCO’s cultural relevance.Brand development and execution on a global scaleYou’ll be based in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, and lead our Global Brand Communications function – a team of specialists within PR, social media and influencer marketing.As Global Marketing Communications Director, you’ll be the guardian of ECCO’s voice worldwide – ensuring it is consistent, compelling and culturally attuned.

You’ll own the global brand communications strategy and translate it into impactful campaigns, scalable tools and frameworks for local teams.You’ll work closely with colleagues in Product, Creative, Global Sales and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment across brand activations, strategic partnerships and always-on storytelling.

With direct impact on both strategy and execution, you’ll play a central role in how ECCO is experienced, recognised and remembered across platforms and touchpoints.More specifically, you’ll:lead the development and execution of ECCO’s global brand communications strategymanage a team of experts across PR, influencer marketing and social mediaensure brand storytelling is aligned across platforms, partnerships and regionscollaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales and Marketing teamsrepresent ECCO externally in strategic partnerships, media and influencer relationsYou bring clarity, creativity and leadershipWith a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of brand communications, you know how to lead both people and ideas.
