What can you become?
Sales TraineeChoose the Sales Trainee track to get focus on sales and purchasing, if you thrive on making great deals.
You will quickly get responsibility and learn to negotiate and develop markets.
You’ll be exposed to different cultures and visit international customers and suppliers, and you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the trading industry, with additional education in sales.

Your development is our priority, with full support and guidance throughout the two-year programme.
Leave your comfort zone and find yourself in a safe spaceOur highest priority is your development and that you get all necessary support and guidance throughout the two years.
We aim to develop the best possible trainees in the industry – and we know that it requires our full attention.
Therefore, you’ll be supported in achieving professional and personal development by getting assigned a manager, a supervisor, and a buddy.
The manager will have the overall responsibility for your development, the supervisor will guide you in your day-to-day tasks and the buddy will make you thrive in our social environment.

We also trade with other suppliers around the world and deal with range of chilled and frozen meat products in countless combinations, customized to meet our customers’ needs.
Ready to join?Apply by March 31, 2026, specifying your preferred location (Copenhagen or Aalborg) to be a sales trainee in one of our teams.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and we hire when we find the right candidates.
The EFIT programme starts on September 1, 2026.
