CHANGE Lingerie is a successful and fast growing retail and e-commerce lingerie company based in Denmark.
We design, develop and produce our own product lines which are sold from +300 specialized CHANGE Lingerie concept stores and E-commerce stores in Europe and Canada.
Change Lingerie is the market leader in all of the 4 Nordic countries and is currently expanding in Germany, Canada, Poland, Spain and Austria.

As a trusted business partner, you will help ensure that performance is transparent, insights are actionable, and decisions are driven by reliable, structured data.
The position is situated at the CHANGE global HQ i Farum, just north of Copenhagen Key Responsibilities:- Performance & Insight Delivery: Provide high-quality financial analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven business insights across the organisation.
- Power BI & Reporting Excellence: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Support and influence strategic and operational decisions across production, logistics, wholesale, and retail markets — including participation in executive-level forums.
- Planning & Follow-Up: Drive forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Process & Data Strengthening: Improve financial processes, data quality, and transparency across countries and functions.
- Leadership Responsibility: Lead, develop, and support the Data Management Team in our Polish Shared Service Centre (2 FTEs).
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to standardisation, KPI development, and ongoing optimisation of reporting structures.
- International Experience: Solid experience as a Business Controller within an international organisation.
- Advanced Power BI Skills: Strong capabilities in data modelling, dashboard design, and automated reporting solutions.
- Excel Expertise: Highly proficient in Excel and experienced in handling large, complex datasets.
- Value Chain Understanding: Comfortable navigating complex data flows across a full production-to-retail setup.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Confident Communicator: Structured, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Global Mindset: Fluent in English and able to work effectively across cultures and countries.
