Call for BSc & MSc Head Tutors at IT University of Copenhagen Would you like to help shape the ultimate study start experience for ITU’s new students? We’re looking for passionate Head Tutors to collaborate on designing an inclusive, welcoming, and unforgettable beginning for both BSc and MSc students. As a Head Tutor, you’ll play a key role in working alongside fellow Head Tutors from both programs to create a joint study start experience that reflects ITU’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and a vibrant student community. Together, you will lead the planning, inspire tutors, and ensure that every new student feels welcome at ITU. Why Join the Team? Gain leadership and project management experience. Salary and terms of employment The employment is in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and SUL.

You must be an ITU student to qualify as a Head tutor at ITU.
The period of employment will be from February to September 2026.

For both BSc Head Tutors and MSc Head Tutors the salary is based on the SUL agreement, with an hourly wage of 226,96 DKK (November 2025 level).

BSc Head Tutors: You will be paid for 13 hours a month.

MSc Head Tutors: The position as MSc Head Tutor is estimated to be 60 hours from March to September.

The hours are mostly flexible, but participation in shared events
  • including setup, operation, and cleanup
  • is mandatory.

Shifts will be assigned, and tasks are shared among the team.
