YOUR TEAMYou’ll join NAME IT’s international Retail team – a group of dedicated colleagues who turn data into direction and insight into action. Together, we make sure our fast-growing retail business performs at its best across markets.With more than 200 stores across nine markets – and an ambition to open 1-2 new stores every week – we’re scaling fast and refining how we work to support that growth.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in Retail Operations, Buying and Finance – and your analyses and ideas will help shape decisions that drive real impact in our stores.YOUR ROLEAs Retail Business Controller, you’ll take ownership of understanding and improving NAME IT’s retail performance across markets.
You’ll turn data into decisions and act as a proactive sparring partner to Area Managers, Retail Buyers and as well as colleagues at the office in Brande, asking the right questions, challenging constructively and helping to drive better results.You’ll work hands-on with retail performance analysis – from sales and profitability to cost efficiency and stock management – always with a focus on turning insight into better business decisions.

You enjoy uncovering the story behind the numbers and using insight to challenge, influence and drive decisions.
