ITU BSc Ambassadors for: Student for a Day, Ask a Student and Student Internship We are looking for engaged ITU ambassadors for exciting roles within ITU’s Study and Career Guidance. As an ambassador, you become an important part of ITU’s outward-facing presence and help make a difference for potential ITU students.
Student for a Day In the “Student for a Day” role, you will meet with prospective students, take them to lectures, and answer their questions. You must be available for a minimum of 5 visits (each visit typically lasts 3–4 hours). During each visit, you are expected to be available to the prospective student for 2 hours (paid).
You will also be paid for a 2-hour introductory meeting. The work is spread out across the semester. Ask a Student “Ask a Student” is a service for prospective BSc students. You will answer questions online about your study program and student life at ITU.
As a digital ambassador, you can expect to work approximately 5 hours per semester. The work is spread out across the semester. Student Internship at ITU – Week 43 As an ambassador for Student Internship, you will help high school students visiting ITU and give them a look into what it’s like to study in your BSc program.
You will give a short presentation about student life or your projects, facilitate an IT case assignment, provide guided tours, and guide them through their visit to ITU. There will be paid preparation time of 4 hours. The Student Internship takes place on Thursday and Friday in week 43.
Here, together with the Study and Career Guidance team, you will welcome students and spend the days with them. You will work both days and be paid for the hours you work – and of course, we will take your schedule into account if, for example, you have classes and can only participate part of the time.
Salary and terms of employment To be employed as an ambassador at ITU, you must be an ITU student enrolled in one of our bachelor’s programs. Both Danish and international students are very welcome to apply. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you apply to be an ambassador for all three assignments.

Employment is in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and the SUL collective agreement, with an hourly wage of 227,63 DKK (1 April 2026).
