Viby J Would you like to work in a global marketing role on some of the world’s most iconic chocolate brands? We are looking for a highly energized, stakeholder‑oriented and commercially minded Global Brand Manager to join our Global Chocolate Milk team.

You’ll drive growth in our established Chocolate Milk business while shaping new propositions and enabling market expansion across regions. In this global brand management role, you set direction, craft scalable frameworks and toolkits, and empower markets to execute with excellence.

Support the expansion of our Chocolate Milk portfolio into new markets all by bringing chocolate equities into the beverage category in a scalable, commercially impactful way. Build and evolve global brand strategies and toolkits to enable strong, consistent market execution Partner with key markets and commercial stakeholders on annual plans, launches and performance reviews Support innovation and renovation to secure brand fit and commercial relevance, and scale best practices globally Build global strategies, toolkits and activation guidance (incl.

in‑store principles) and translate consumer/shopper insights into clear market execution What will make you successful You are a marketing professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building brand equity and business performance.
You thrive in a matrix organization, build trust across stakeholders and are comfortable influencing without formal authority. You’re proactive, hands‑on and comfortable driving multiple workstreams at pace, where you are balancing strategic thinking with structured execution.
Preferably, you have A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or communication 3–5 years of experience in FMCG brand management Experience working in or with global marketing roles and market‑facing teams Strong stakeholder and project management skills Experience developing and working with brand frameworks and toolkits Fluency in English What we offer Based at Arla Foods in Aarhus, this role offers a unique opportunity to work globally with some of the world’s most loved chocolate brands – strengthening established businesses while shaping their future growth across markets.
