Your mission is to make our app the #1 search result for food discovery in your home country by hacking the local algorithm and building a community of "FlavorScale Evangelists."

Target Regions: NL, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Czech Republic, and Poland.

• Cultural Native: You are a native of one of our target regions. You know the local food slang, the hidden-gem neighborhoods, and exactly which "trending sounds" will actually land with your local audience.
• Platform Specialist: You understand the 2026 TikTok landscape. You know that users crave realism, raw hooks, and "Search-First" content over over-produced ads.
• The Creative Engine: You can script, shoot, and edit high-retention "First-Person POV" videos that stop the scroll in under 2 seconds.
• High Agency: You don't wait for a script. You see a local trend and you've localized it for FlavorScale before the day is over.

• Local Market Dominance: Own the TikTok presence for your specific country, producing high-impact content that ranges from "Hidden Gem Reviews" to "City Life Hacks."
• Algorithm Hacking: Experiment with formats to drive direct app downloads and partner restaurant traffic.
• UGC Orchestration: Identify and partner with local "Nano" creators to build a network of authentic voices for the brand.
• Community Combat: Treat the comments section as a conversation. Engage, joke, and convert scrollers into app users in real-time.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a work-based internship that offers a Masterclass in Viral Growth. While we cannot promise permanent positions today—as our key hires depend on the 2026/2027 investment cycles—this is our Primary Marketing Pipeline. If you can "own" your country’s algorithm, you will be the first candidate for Regional Marketing Manager roles as we go worldwide.

• Location: Based in Northwestern Europe (Native-level cultural knowledge of your specific country is mandatory).
• Language: Fluent in English + Native fluency in your Local Language.
• Tools: Expert in CapCut and TikTok’s native editing suite.
• Status: This must be a formal internship as part of your degree.
