On behalf of Inpay, we are seeking a Payroll & Financial Controller to join the Finance team.
You will play a key role in payroll processing, controlling, and related administrative tasks.
The right candidate will combine technical expertise with operational experience to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.You will become part of a team of seven colleagues in an open office environment with a positive atmosphere.
With coworkers in Denmark, England, Ukraine, and many other nationalities, you will be working in a truly international company.
For this reason, professional fluency in both Danish and English is required (English is the corporate language, and several systems are in Danish).Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing and compliancePerform balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and accrual handling (bonus, commission, etc.).Maintain accurate headcount and FTE data for reporting and forecasting.Manage administrative tasks including NemRefusion, e-Boks, virk.dk, ATP, Lønsum, and more.Qualifications and nice-to-have We are looking for a candidate with solid operational payroll experience and strong knowledge of payroll rules and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with Zenegy is essential, as is a proven background in financial controlling, including reconciliations and accruals.Experience in managing payroll-related administrative processes is also required.It will be considered an advantage if you have worked with HR systems such as BambooHR or similar, particularly in relation to headcount and FTE data.
In addition, a general understanding of VAT principles and reporting obligations will be seen as a strong plus.
