You’ll be joining a newly established team that provides essential support across core business functions. While our Copenhagen office by Nordhavn station is new, it builds on a strong international foundation and is shaped by an entrepreneurial spirit.

DKT combines private-sector marketing techniques, cutting-edge technologies, and creative advertising to ensure women and men have the products, knowledge, and services when needed.

DKT WomanCare operates in several capacities: as manufacturer of record for the Ipas Manual Vacuum Aspirator, as a global distributor, and as a marketing and distribution partner for other manufacturers.

You bring structure, strategy, and leadership to finance

You will have direct leadership responsibility for the Finance/Accounting team and ensure the proper functioning of each member with clear roles, responsibilities and development plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation and optimization of financial systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
• Leading budgeting processes across departments and providing strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Overseeing all accounting operations including AP, AR, inventory, payroll, general ledger, and tax matters.
• Managing internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors and applying changes as needed. Ensuring monthly reporting, cash flow and liquidity management, and intercompany reconciliations are accurate and timely.

Who are you?

You are a hands-on finance professional with a strong strategic mindset and an eye for detail. You bring structure and drive to a role where accuracy and leadership go hand in hand. In addition, we imagine that you:

• Bring extensive experience in finance from a similar role – preferably from an international and commercial company.
• Hold a master’s degree in finance or similar.
• Have solid knowledge of Danish financial law and statutory requirements.
• Having worked with US GAAP is an additional bonus.
• Demonstrate experience in leading and inspiring a new, multicultural team.
• Are confident with MS Business Central, and fluent in Excel.
• Communicate fluently in English, which is our global operating language.
