Delivery Operations Manager, Denmark (work location Aarhus)
You possess a rare combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset. You will own the implementation and management of efficient end-to-end processes to ensure smooth execution of sales and all deliveries that adhere to defined performance indicators, including but not limited to net deliveries, minimizing vehicle dwell, maximizing yield, costs per delivery, customer satisfaction and transactional accuracy.
The Operations Manager is a critical member of the leadership team and will work cross-functionally with supporting departments to serve as the beacon of operational excellence in the market. Define the optimal operational strategy that will enable growth in your market, in partnership with your Market LeaderBe the expert and leader of the end-to-end operations and systems for the entire market from order placed to car delivered, and of all local specificationsDesign operations in your market that will: Minimize vehicle dwell and yield loss, drive speed of execution of pre-delivery activities, optimize vehicle and customer readiness, and deliver excellent customer experienceManage the overall business plan by working with other departments.
Facilitate team and partner meetings regularly and effectively.Develop and drive strategic decisions for the Operations organization to meet current and future business demands, whilst setting the standards for coordinators/specialists in your marketRegularly review country KPIs, identifying trends and reviewing in more detail with managers if required, to quickly address any negative trends or issuesParticipate in strategic planning with Market Lead, HQ EMEA and stakeholders to ensure targets are correct, achieved or exceededDrive continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service by partnering with sales teams on strategic execution.Champion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all your actions and decisions.Analyze, develop, and improve processes related to logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, vehicle delivery, and all other required documentation and operational processes in your marketBuild strong working relationships with the Sales Program Manager and other Sales & Delivery leaders in your market to capitalize on growth opportunitiesBuild a team of top talent and mentor the next generation of Tesla leaders Significant managerial experience in Operations with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detailStrong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlinesAbility to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organizationPassionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations.Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with.Great analytical skills and the ability to convert findings into practiceStrong team-player, driven and passionate about Tesla’s missionExcellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and writtenSolid knowledge of business appropriate financial options and incentivesFluency in English and Danish required.Valid driver’s license
