Here’s a job for you! The job As our IT SDM, you will act as the primary interface between our business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, bringing in structure and proactive planning.
You will be working closely with our architect and technical specialists to ensure services are delivered effectively while anticipating future business needs. Your focus will be on service excellence, stakeholder management, and optimizing the delivery of enterprise system services.
In short, some of your key tasks will be to: Own the end-to-end service delivery for core business applications, ensuring they meet business expectations by establishing and monitoring service levels, performance metrics, and user satisfaction indicators.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and business outcomes while managing service requests, incidents, and changes through proper governance processes. Build trusted relationships with department leaders across the internal service business unit by creating visibility into the service pipeline and helping stakeholders plan their activities better.
Ensure stakeholder needs are clearly communicated to technical teams for solution design. Maintain a clear pipeline of upcoming work, helping both business and technical teams plan effectively. Manage relationships with system vendors and implementation partners.
I.e. ensure support contracts deliver appropriate value and service levels and coordinate vendor resources for major upgrades or implementations by monitoring contract compliance and escalate issues as needed. In this role, there will be minimal travelling, but you must expect one-two weeks a year as a maximum.
Joining the team Joining Systematic as our new IT Service Delivery Manager, you will join the Business Applications team who are responsible for Enterprise Applications that are used across all Systematic, including the ERP-, HR-, ITSM-system, and the collaboration- and automation-platform.
Together with the business stakeholders and our external partners the team is developing solutions and operates these to digitally enable Systematic’s business processes. The team has 14 members spread between Aarhus, Denmark, and Bucharest, Romania, and is a very diverse teams.

Your qualifications We envisage that you bring a bachelor's or master's degree in business or IT and around three-five years of experience in a similar position, or potentially as a Business Analyst, working with Enterprise Applications/Systems (e.g. ERP, HR- systems or similar) from a business/service perspective.
Furthermore, we expect that you are certified in ITIL, expectedly at foundation level. Additionally, we are trying to find a colleague who has: Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships, Understanding of service management principles and best practices, Experience defining and monitoring service levels and KPIs, Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
