You can read more on Group.Kramp.com About the job We are now looking for a temporary Communications and Change Specialist to support our Nordic organization. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leaders in the Nordics, the Program Management Team, and our global Corporate Communications team to drive smooth adoption of new ways of working.
You will coordinate stakeholder meetings and change‑related workshops, and prepare strategic communications, presentations and documentation for key interventions. You will align project timelines with change management plans, monitor key program KPIs, and provide insights that support continuous improvement across the program.
You will join our global Corporate Communications team of five enthusiastic professionals and report to the Head of Corporate Communications, based in the Netherlands. Daily collaboration will primarily be with the Program Team in the Nordics.
You will be working from our offices in Skjern and Vejle. Who are you? This role requires someone with strategic thinking power who gets energized when working in an innovative and commercial b-to-b environment. Someone who is well organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills and a high level of responsiveness.
Further we imaging you have: Completed a bachelor's or master's degree. Exposure to or experience in change management, internal communications or transformation support, preferably gained in an international context. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An affinity for digital and business transformation environments. A structured, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish (other Scandinavian languages are considered an asset).
