We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question.Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months. The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.
The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent. Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted. You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing.

Outdoor fitness and multisport are central to our vision for the future, and this role is instrumental in shaping and executing our global strategy in this space. You will be responsible for product categories that represent a double-digit percentage of our total revenue and are positioned to be among the fastest-growing areas within our business.
Therefore, this is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a strategically critical area.You will take products from idea to market by building a strong go-to-market model for each launch while shaping effective marketing campaigns and messaging in collaboration with our in-house creative and digital teams.
Additionally, you will be commercially responsible for tracking and managing your product portfolio to ensure optimal performance and growth.Further, you will: Drive product innovation pipelines for fitness and multisportPresent project status and recommendations to senior leadershipGather insights through customer interviews, market collaboration, and data analysisCollaborate with the KOMPAN Fitness Institute and our Fitness Strategy Director to ensure consumer-centric innovationPrepare sales tools and marketing briefsTrack product performance and manage lifecycle optimizationMaintain and consolidate product dataYou’ll be part of an energetic, diverse, and international team based in Odense, Denmark, working to identify new growth opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that support active lifestyles and community well-being.Make a difference with your product management skillsYou hold a degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, Entrepreneurship or similar and have a minimum of 5-10 years of product management experience, ideally from a global company.You understand market dynamics and customer needs, turning insights into strong product opportunities.
With experience taking physical products from concept to launch, you create compelling briefs and partner with marketing to deliver impactful launches and great user experiences. A passion for sport and fitness and any commercial responsibility for a product line will be a big plus.You can work in multifunctional teams consisting of designers, engineers, scientists, marketeers etc.Further, you possess:Strong communication skills in English Solid presentation skills and are comfortable in presenting to senior management and business partnersAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas Excellent in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint You will be part of a fun and supportive work culture who also supports flexibility.
