As part of this, we are currently strengthening our ESG setup, developing our carbon accounting, improving supply chain transparency, and working toward our first ESG report. That is why we need you!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE JOB?As an ESG Intern / Student Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience working with sustainability across data, supply chain, compliance and reporting.
You will join the Operations Team, reporting directly to the COO, and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization. You will be involved in core ESG initiatives and contribute to embedding sustainability into our daily operations and decision-making.You will join us at an exciting stage where we are scaling our ESG efforts, from building on our GHG baseline and reduction targets to strengthening supplier compliance and preparing for further ESG reporting. This role can be structured either as an internship or a student assistant position depending on your profile.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Data & Reporting: Support carbon accounting and sustainability reporting. Analyze data to enable informed decision-making and track progress.
- Supply Chain & Compliance: Support supplier ESG data collection and documentation. Assist with certifications and compliance (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RWS, FSC), help ensure compliance with product and packaging requirements (e.g., EPR)
- Projects & Strategy: Support ESG projects across product development, logistics, and operations, drive initiatives and process improvements, and operational tasks
- Passion for sustainability and strong motivation to make an impact
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and improving ways of working
- Currently studying Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or similar
- Solid understanding of ESG concepts (e.g., carbon accounting, GHG protocol, VSME, certifications, compliance frameworks)
- Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, ESG communication, product development
- Passion for sports and the outdoor industry is a bonus
