The Position
As a Project Controller, you will be essential in managing and overseeing project expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets. You will bring proven expertise in establishing and executing cost control processes, tracking spending, and performing variance analysis.In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and various departments to ensure consistent understanding and application of cost management practices.
As part of your work track, we expect the following content to be included:
- Develop and manage monthly project controlling and cost control procedures to ensure that project costs are tracked and monitored effectively.
- Establish and maintain project budgets on equipment cost, engineering cost and owner's cost.
- Support project managers in relation to their cost management processes and requirements.
- Maintain, develop and proactively participate in developing the project controlling processes, setup and tools.
- Prepare data input for monthly cost reporting to site projects.
This position requires efficient collaboration and communication with stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
Qualifications
To be successful you should have the following:
- Academic degree in Accounting, Project Controlling, Cost Management, Project or Construction Management.
- Between 3-5 years of relevant experience with cost control/project controlling.
- Solid experience with SAP and MS Excel is a prerequisite.
- Experience with project governance, requirements and project management.
- Pharma industry knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Omega 365 would be an asset.
As a person, you are a positive and open-minded team player, proactive self-starter who is able to work both in a team and independently. You can focus on details with a structured mindset with good time management skills. In addition, you like to present ideas and communicate effectively under pressure in a calm manner.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
