We are building enterprise-grade platforms designed to drive innovation and create sustained value for our customers and the bank.Our team collaborates across technical and business units, ensuring our GenAI solutions are secure, compliant, and impactful.
You’ll join a dedicated leadership team of GenAI experts who are redefining intelligent banking. Leading a small, dedicated team of 3-5 engineers and architects (scaling as we grow), you’ll work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes cutting-edge technology and practical outcomes.Together, we shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences.
- The Role
As the Head of GenAI Architecture & Transformation, you will define the technical vision for our GenAI platforms and lead their implementation. You will play an integral role in an impactful capacity as you will:
- Serve as the architect for our enterprise GenAI platform, evolving its reference architecture to enable secure, reusable, and compliant components.
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, and modularity by aligning architecture with the bank’s broader strategy.
- Collaborate with technical and business units to align capabilities and priorities.
- Balance experimentation with delivery, ensuring near-term value while planning for long-term growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and architects, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a visionary technical leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale AI systems. You should be skilled in harmonizing strategic vision with practical implementation while encouraging teamwork among teams. Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience as a Lead/Senior AI Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Founder driving AI systems into production.
- Expertise in AI orchestration, LLMs, RAG vector stores, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong knowledge of modern AI stack components and agentic systems, with a focus on sustained value creation.
- A proven ability to lead effective, cross-departmental teams through significant challenges.
