Your new role
We’re looking for a Sr Manager, for our Strategic KAM team to drive excellence, efficiency, and mobilize the organisation to deliver win-wins vs. our Strategic Key Accounts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the operational anchor — mobilizing the organisation to drive execution across projects, processes, analytics, and internal capability building. Your work will enable the team to deliver outstanding partnerships with online healthcare providers — including eHealth platforms, telemedicine services, and online pharmacies – to drive change for patients across Europe and Canada.
Among your key responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and drive initiatives across the key account lifecycle — from partner identification to launch and ongoing operations.
- Operational Excellence: Design, manage, and optimize processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with internal systems and policies.
- Launch Readiness: Coordinate with regional and affiliate teams to ensure readiness for new partnerships and projects and successful implementation.
- Capability Building: Drive enablement initiatives through training, guidance, and sharing best practices across teams and affiliates.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working to strengthen the function.
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead datadriven insights and performance tracking through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison for internal stakeholders — including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain — to ensure seamless collaboration.

You will be part of the newly established Strategic Account Management team, where we focus on delivering impact for patients across the region through exceptional account management, and by driving digital transformation. Our team is dedicated to lead the development and execution of partnerships with key online providers — including eHealth platforms, telemedicine services, and online pharmacies — across Europe and Canada.We work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment, where driving results through innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Our core team is based in Copenhagen, while the accounts and partners will be based across the region.

Your skills & qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, along with:
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, strategy, key account management, or operations.
- Strong project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex, crossfunctional initiatives and a focus on getting things done.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, and operational process management.
- Proven ability to build capabilities and enable teams through training and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the drive to turn strategy into impactful execution.
