We are excited to welcome a new Marketing assistant to join our team at our beautiful office in Copenhagen at the earliest opportunity. About the job As Marketing Assistant at Kvadrat, you will be joining a team of dedicated colleagues, and you will work closely together with our Digital department, Product Development, Sales and our Warehouse teams.
You will support the Marketing team in the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing and communication activities. Your learning curve is steep, and you will get a broad exposure to how a brand-led marketing organisation operates, while allowing you to build practical skills in content, coordination, and communication.
The role is intentionally support-oriented and learning-focused, working under the guidance of experienced colleagues. You will contribute to support activities across social media, creation of marketing assets, press activities, and events. Some of your tasks will include, but not be limited to: Support the execution of marketing and communication activities across channels Assist with coordination of the creation of content, assets, and materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery Contribute to the day-to-day running of social media channels, including content support and community interaction Help upload, maintain and organise marketing assets and systems so materials are easy to find and use Provide practical support to press and event activities when needed Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the wider Marketing team.
The role requires flexibility and the ability to support different activities at different times, while maintaining structure and attention to detail. Your priorities may vary over time depending on campaigns, launches, and team needs. Qualifications & Competencies We are looking for: Vocational education or entry-level experience in marketing, communication, PR, or content-related fields (internships accepted) This role is not intended for specialist or university-degree-level profiles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Interest in branding, design, content, and communication Basic familiarity with common digital tools used in marketing (e.g. Office tools, content platforms, asset systems, creative software) Fluency in English (written and spoken); Danish is a plus Come join us!
