If you are passionate about operational excellence, cross‑functional leadership, and building scalable global standards, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. About the Role In this position, you will shape a mature, stable, and scalable IT Operations environment.
You will lead critical initiatives that strengthen service stability, improve operational consistency, and support long‑term efficiency across our global IT landscape. You will also act as a key connector between Service Desk, Infrastructure, Architecture, and the business, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Develop and govern global operational processes and frameworks Design and implement a mature Major Incident Management process Monitor service performance, incident trends, and operational risks Drive process standardization, including global site blueprints and templates Implement a Global Service Window to support structured planning Ensure high‑quality CMDB and asset data to support automation Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives across teams and business units Strengthen data quality and drive continuous operational improvement What You Bring You bring strong experience from IT Operations or Service Management within a global environment, supported by a solid understanding of ITIL principles and operational governance.
Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements, and you are skilled at leading cross‑functional initiatives with clarity and influence. You communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset.Experience with Major Incident Management or CMDB and asset data processes will be considered a valuable advantage. Travel activity must be expected in connection with global initiatives, and this also includes travel between our offices in both Fredericia and Flensburg.
