IT Business Peformance Manager BOLIA Application due:
To support this effort, we are looking for a new colleague to take on the role of IT Business Performance Manager, including team management responsibilities.
In this role, you will have a broad interface across all departments at BOLIA and work closely with our many external partners to develop new reporting solutions.
What you will be doing The tasks in this role are numerous and varied.
Examples include: Lead and manage your team, currently consisting of a BI Consultant and a BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist, responsible for back-end and front-end BI tasks, respectively.
Drive the BI development track, cost effective and with high commercial value for BOLIA Lead BOLIA’s BI Center of Excellence to ensure alignment and excellence across all BI efforts.
Challenge and collaborate with stakeholders across BOLIA to enhance decision-making capabilities and promote a performance-driven culture.
Take end-to-end ownership of BOLIA’s Power BI platform together with your team, ensuring it remains state-of-the-art, leverages the latest capabilities
Provide second-level support to the business on BI-related issues and requests.
Manage external vendors and follow up on deliverables related to BI initiatives.
Contribute to cross-functional business projects in close collaboration with all departments at BOLIA.

You will join the IT management team alongside three colleagues and will be reporting to the IT Director.

You have a solid background in BI and data analytics, gained through roles such as Business Analyst or similar, and bring at least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team.
You have experience in utilizing AI tools to support reporting, analytics and benchmarking.
You thrive in a role that combines hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities, guiding your team toward exceptional outcomes.
You are confident in setting and driving the data and Business Insights agenda within BOLIA.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
You bring a collaborative mindset and work effectively across functions to achieve shared goals and contribute to organizational success.
You are curious and proactive in expanding your knowledge, keeping up to date with emerging trends and tools such as AI and Microsoft Copilot for Power BI.
