We are looking for a Global Agent Manager with strong international communication and relationship management skills – someone who is eager to grow the number and performance of global agents while contributing to the overall sales operations, CRM roll-out, and logistics coordination.

About the role

In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the Sales Director and act as the bridge between our global network of sales agents, internal departments, and executive management. Your mission is to expand and support our agent ecosystem, ensure they are set up for success, and enable scalable sales growth through structure, collaboration, and data.

From onboarding and performance tracking to CRM adoption, sales coordination, and logistics alignment, you’ll be right at the center of a purpose-driven business with global impact. Your work will directly influence how we grow our presence in key markets—and how we ensure a more seamless transition from sales to logistics.

Your key responsibilities
  • Expand and support our global sales agent network
  • Design and implement structured onboarding and integration of new agents
  • Maintain regular dialogue with agents and ensure alignment with company values and commercial goals
  • Implement & drive CRM usage across the sales team and partner network, ensuring data quality and transparency
  • Coordinate documentation and agreements (e.g. NDAs, referral, distribution, and sales contracts)
  • Support the development of sales budgets and follow up on performance
  • Act as the link between agents and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration
  • Assist in developing international sales strategies, including market and product prioritization
  • Contribute to marketing activities (e.g. exhibitions, presentations, brochures, SoMe)
  • Support coordination between sales and logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Provide support across the sales and project organization where needed—we focus on team effort

About you

We imagine that you are a structured and proactive team player who enjoys working in an international environment and is comfortable balancing many different tasks and stakeholders. You have a commercial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

We believe you will thrive in the role if you:

  • Have experience in international sales, partner/agent management, or business development
  • Understand the importance of clear documentation and well-run processes
  • Are familiar with CRM systems and have experience supporting or driving their use
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English
  • Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and open to helping where it’s needed
  • Enjoy collaborating across departments and cultures
  • Have a natural flair for coordination and building long-term relationships
