Position: Cleaning Manager
As Cleaning Manager, you will take leadership of our cleaning teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure our services meet the highest quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the cleaning staff and daily operations
- Plan and manage staff schedules, workflows, and quality standards
- Conduct quality control and regular inspections
- Onboard and train new team members
- Act as liaison with clients and handle client-specific requests
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock and equipment readiness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning operations, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and uphold high quality standards
- Basic knowledge of compliance and health and safety regulations
- Fluent in Danish; a plus if you also speak English
