Applied AI Engineer (founding role, equity-based)

Juris is building AI-native software for legal and compliance work.

This is an early, equity-based founding-team role for someone who wants meaningful ownership, real influence, and the opportunity to help build both product and company from an early stage.

We are looking for a pragmatic Applied AI Engineer to work closely with our CTO and founders and become a core technical builder in the team.

THE ROLE

This is a broad, hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building in ambiguity and wants to help shape both product and company.

You will work across whatever matters most as Juris develops — from AI systems and backend architecture to APIs, product features, integrations, and technical problem-solving more broadly.

Our CTO remains responsible for the overall technical direction, architecture, and technical leadership. This role is about adding strong hands-on engineering and applied AI capability within that setup.

COMPENSATION

This is an equity-based founding-team opportunity with meaningful long-term upside. The exact structure will depend on experience, commitment, and profile.
