Your new job You will become part of a dynamic Sustainability and Finance team, where you will be a valued colleague. You will be involved in many different tasks within Corporate Sustainability, and you will have independent areas of responsibility with plenty of opportunity for putting your competencies to the test.
Your key responsibilities will be: Contributing to the implementation of our corporate sustainability strategy in BEUMER Group. Assist in collecting, analysing, and reporting environmental data for the entire group in our ESG system (e.g. energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, waste and water use).
Contribute to sustainability reporting and documentation (e.g., ESG reporting and CSRD-related tasks). Support the development of a sustainable supply chain by collecting supplier data, analysing performance, and assisting with documentation and compliance tasks.
Support and drive selected local sustainability initiatives in Denmark, including coordination, implementation, and follow-up. Conduct research on sustainable trends and regulatory requirements. Assist in developing internal sustainability guidelines and training materials.

The precise working hours will be agreed. Your competencies You are interested in working with sustainability within a large international family-owned company and have a future career plan within this area. You have a good sense of detail and a well-structured working style.
You are self-driven and service-minded, and you approach tasks with a positive attitude. Furthermore, you: Are enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program, like Business Administration, Finance, Management Accounting, Finance & International Business, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
Possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. Have excellent communication skills, both in Danish and English. Are an experienced user of MS Office Have an understanding of sustainability trends and regulations (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD) Have a strong interest in sustainability Interested?
