About the job At DEIF A/S, we specialise in the development and manufacturing of electronic devices designed to seamlessly control and switch between various energy sources, including solar, wind, diesel, and batteries, for efficient and reliable power production.
As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional R&D team, where your main responsibility will be to define, design, and validate system-level solutions for our controller and power management platforms. You will act as a technical bridge between product management, hardware, software, and test teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to controllers, power management systems, and PLCs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. To attract the right candidate, we offer flexible work arrangements.
You can choose to work from one of our offices in Denmark or from our R&D hub in Austria. Your profile As a person, you thrive on technical challenges and enjoy making things happen. You like cross-disciplinary collaboration and excellent at communicating technical concepts clearly.
In addition to this, you bring: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems for power management. Strong knowledge of power electronics, control theory, embedded systems, and PLCs.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, and PLC programming languages.
