Marketing Lead
The role
Build the marketing function from the ground up.
We’re at an inflexion point. After years of building a solid customer base across the Nordics, we’re shifting from reactive to deliberate growth – and marketing is the engine that makes that happen.
This role owns it all: brand and market awareness, pipeline generation, campaign execution, and the systems that make it scalable. You won’t inherit a mature marketing machine – you’ll build it. That means defining how Visiosign shows up in the market, who we talk to, what we say, and how we turn attention into revenue.
Your biggest challenge in year one: make the whole market know us better. Most of our buyers aren’t in-market today – so this is as much creative, brand-led demand creation as it is performance. You set the ideas and the narrative; an external agency and AI tooling help you produce at scale.

What you bring
A creative builder with a commercial, data-driven mind.
Experience & core competencies- 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels, ICPs, customer profiles, and buying committees
- Proven ability to tailor messaging across multiple stakeholders
- You know how to leverage AI to multiply your output – not just as a spell checker. This is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- Professional-level English (working language). Danish or another Scandinavian language is a small plus
- A genuine creative instinct – you generate campaign concepts and angles that make a whole market notice and remember a brand, not just generic SaaS content
- A brand-builder mindset: you know how to put a company on the map in a long, considered B2B buying journey
- Sharp storytelling and copywriting – the idea and the words are yours to own
- Content-first: blogs, articles, website, newsletters and email campaigns, lead magnets, customer stories, webinars and events – you write, ship, and iterate yourself – the entire team will help
- You can direct and brief an external agency on paid media and design – you don’t need to be a paid-ads or design specialist yourself; we have an agency for that
- You own the full funnel, including upsell and cross-sell to our existing base (sales closes the deals)
- Able to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling customer-facing value propositions
- Technically literate and curious – comfortable getting under the hood of a technical product (Microsoft 365, integrations, SaaS) and credible in front of IT and technical decision-makers. You don’t need an engineering background – you need the curiosity to understand what we sell.
- Genuinely data-driven – you measure, optimise, and make decisions on numbers, thinking in MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue contribution
- Revenue-focused mindset: you measure success in qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics
- High ownership, low ego – measured by results, not presentations
- A self-starter who thrives building from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- A continuous learner
