Do you want to help shape the future of digital transformation across the Nordics? We are looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform & Business Intelligence Developer to join Konica Minolta Nordic Operations and play a key role in connecting data, automation, and business performance.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business intelligence, process automation, and system integration, helping us turn operational data into actionable insights and automated workflows across our Nordic business entities. The position has been created in response to a strategic need to strengthen our enterprise data and analytics capabilities and accelerate digitalization across the organization.

Our environment is international, collaborative, and transformation-driven. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, database specialists, security colleagues, and IT teams across the Nordic region.

Your responsibilities

Business intelligence & analytics
  • Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Nordic leadership and business teams.
  • Design and maintain semantic data models using Star Schema principles.
  • Develop optimized DAX calculations and Power Query M transformations.
  • Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access and governance.
Process automation & workflows
  • Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and desktop-based RPA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automated workflows, ensuring reliability, integrity, and proper retry/error handling.
  • Create technical documentation, including runbooks and flow architecture maps.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
System integration & data architecture
  • Establish and maintain integrations with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs.
  • Develop and manage custom API connectors for ERP/legacy platform integrations such as Navision/NUS3.
  • Help align low-code solutions and Dataverse models with the broader enterprise data architecture.
  • Maintain scalable Dataverse entities and schema documentation.
Governance, compliance & enablement
  • Support and administer Power Platform environments across Dev, UAT, and Production.
  • Help implement governance standards including DLP policies, security controls, and lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to ALM and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, support adoption, and provide training and guidance.

We expect that you:

  • Have solid experience with Power BI and Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop).
  • Have strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL.
  • Understand system integration concepts and are comfortable working with APIs, JSON/XML, and Dataverse.
  • Work in a structured way and can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional and international setup.
  • Speak and write Danish and English.

It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

  • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven apps)
  • Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents/AI Builder
  • Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Synapse
  • C#/.NET, PCF controls, or plugin development
  • Agile delivery methods, SDLC, version control, and DevOps practices.
