Then you may be our new Sales Coordinator!At VERO MODA, we are always on the lookout for talent, and right now we are seeking an administratively strong Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in BESTSELLER HQ, Aarhus, Denmark – with a focus on supporting our US, Canadian, and Australian markets.

THE DEPARTMENTYou will become part of VERO MODA’s Sales department, where you will work alongside dedicated and energetic colleagues.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales & Product team and market sales teams to strengthen VERO MODA’s presence and growth in the US, Canadian, and Australian markets.THE JOBAs our new Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support the sales teams.

You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate processes, and maintain a clear overview that ensures the team can focus on driving sales.

As we work across multiple time zones, it’s essential that you communicate clearly and are agile to ensure progress and avoid delays caused by misunderstandings.Your tasks will include:Providing the sales team with information about collections and local initiatives, including follow-up.Communicating daily with sales divisions in the US, CA, and AUS and handling requests.Ensuring the sales team has the necessary selling tools available, such as catalogues and running maintenance of such.Education and training of the sales teams in all our sales- and data driven toolsProviding administrative support to managers and collaborating closely with sales assistants.Process orders, monitor stock situations, and coordinate send-outs.Manage collection flows and maintains an overview of sales samples and photo requirements.YOUR BENEFITSYou will be given plenty of responsibility and opportunities to grow with regular sparring from experienced colleagues.You will be part of a culture where we have a firm belief that if we collaborate and help each other, anything is possible.You will be part of a social culture with engaging events and activities that strengthen our team spirit.YOUR PROFILEIn this role, you will work with many different stakeholders across borders, so it is important that you are service-minded, proactive, and thrive in an international context.
