Financial Controller
You’ll be part of our Financial Controlling team where you thrive by delivering timely, structured, and reliable financial reporting for our Nordic entities and our Customer Business Unit. DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY TASKS WILL BE You work hands on with month end processes, financial analysis, reporting, and audit support: Month-end close & Financial reporting Month-end tasks for Nordic entities (reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, accounting adjustments) Perform controlling activities Support internal reporting routines for Customer Business Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to provide business insights, variance explanations, and follow-up on key figures Audit & annual reporting Assist with preparing annual reports for Nordic entities Participate in planning and executing the audit process Ensure documentation and accounting treatments follow relevant standards Financial analysis & process improvements Conduct data analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities Help streamline controlling processes and reporting practices Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You’ll join our Financial Controlling team in Aarhus and report to the Head of Financial Controlling.

We imagine you are in the start of your Finance career but eager to grow in a role with responsibility and variety. We hope you bring: Experience in financial controlling, accounting, and/or reporting A structured and detail oriented mindset, with strong analytical abilities Comfort working with Excel and Power BI The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently when needed Comfort collaborating across teams and explaining numbers clearly Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to improving processes A solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS exposure is a plus, but not required) We encourage candidates from all backgrounds and identities to apply, as we believe that a diverse team leads to innovation and success.
