We are looking for an energetic and service-minded Technical Support Analyst for the German market, who is passionate about providing our customers with an unforgettable experience!Your Mission: As our new supporter, you will be the friendly voice and helping hand that guides our German-speaking customers through technical challenges.
You are a natural problem-solver and thrive on finding solutions that bring a smile to our customers' faces.Your Daily Adventures:Help customers with IT challenges – from internet connectivity and GPS navigation to software and hardware issues.Provide first-class support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.Register and document support calls in Zendesk.Escalate complex issues to our specialized 3rd level support.Help create a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations.Your Superpowers:You are a technical wizard with broad knowledge of networks and desktop applications.You have experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.You can identify and diagnose faults in electronic equipment, mechanical parts, and software, as our products are physical robots.You are service-minded, patient, and capable of guiding users through technical challenges with a smile.You thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain a clear overview, even when things are moving fast.You are an analytical problem-solver with an eye for detail.You can convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.You are a committed team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.Language Genius?
You must be fluent in German and English at a professional level, as you will primarily support our customers in Germany and other English-speaking markets.Knowledge of Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.Bonus Points: Experience from a similar position in a robotics company.We Offer You: An exciting and permanent position at our head office in Malling near Aarhus, Denmark, where you will become part of a passionate team working to improve automation technology in everyday life.
