Supply Chain Student Assistant
TotalEnergies is currently looking for a talented student assistant to help us with our Supply chain / logistics tasks related to purchase and delivery of lubricants in pack and bulk to our B2B customers. We offer an opportunity to kick-start your career in a skilled and international environment.
This position will provide a real-world experience and give you the chance to learn about our commercial and logistics activities in the Nordic region (Nordic HUB: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). Welcome to the Nordic HUB As a Logistics Coordinator Student Assistant in the Nordic HUB, you are mainly expected to: support our logistics coordinators by providing back up and following up on out-of-stock products, and forecasting, monitor and manage the invoice posting workflows (from good receipt of products or services to accurate invoice posting), prepare the monthly report tracking invoicing status, open orders, and deliveries, support the department by creating assistance tickets (it requires a clear understanding of the issue and follow up with IT teams), ensure completeness of our flows to guarantee accurate results (cooperation with Finance during monthly closing) ensure that relevant procedures or manuals are kept up to date in coordination with appropriate stakeholders, contribute to transport optimization and cost control initiatives, develop knowledge about SAP, scripting and macros to improve daily operations, support the team with excel-based solutions, improving existing tools/digital solutions support with the migration of our contracts from current database to the new one.
Whom are we looking for? Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain. Professional Attributes: Strong interest in operational and day-to-day activities ensuring high level of service, Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clear focus in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders including plants, finance team, customer service, transport companies, and IT partners.
Proactive approach, self-driven with the ability to take ownership of new tasks independently, Self-motivated and accountable with a proven ability to meet set deadlines. Technical Skill: Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
