Human Resources Lead - Denmark

Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Lead, junior professional to join our expanding team in Denmark, on a part-time basis. The HR Lead role will be essential in executing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

This position will require 2-days per week at the office and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our Denmark team in delivering effective HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives, programs, and projects to enhance employee engagement.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support payroll administration by providing necessary information for payroll processing.
  • Compile data and assist with HR reporting to management.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of HR processes and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or similar position.
  • Understanding of Danish labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.
