Senior Finance Specialist – Group Finance Do you want a finance role where no two weeks look the same?As a Senior Finance Specialist at Systematic, you will work across consolidation, international expansion, and finance systems development – making a real impact on how we grow and operate globally. The jobYou will be a key resource in our Group Finance team, contributing to a broad range of strategic finance initiatives rather than day-to-day operational routines.
From further developing our consolidation model and supporting the establishment of new legal entities abroad, to driving automation and AI adoption in our finance processes, your work will shape how finance operates at Systematic. Some of your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining our group consolidation model and assisting in the group audit process• Taking overall responsibility for the time registration process, including optimisation and AI-driven automation initiatives• Providing advisory and hands-on support for geographical expansion and the establishment of new legal entities – covering accounting, corporate income tax, VAT, and ERP configuration• Participating in finance improvement initiatives and supporting the rollout of new system features and functionalities• Acting in an advisory capacity within the team, across the wider finance organisation as well as the Systematic in general.

Your qualifications• A master's degree in accounting, finance, or law (e.g. cand.merc.aud, cand.merc.jur, or equivalent)• Three to five years of experience from an audit firm or a similarly broad Group Finance role in an international organisation• Solid knowledge of tax, corporate law, and the practical aspects of establishing companies or subsidiaries abroad• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, data models, and BI tools – preferably Power BI• A structured, analytical approach with a natural eye for process improvement• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
