You can choose whether to work from our upcoming sales office, expected to be established west/south-west of Copenhagen, or from our headquarters in Hillerød.

Fire Eater – effective fire protection systems

We are an innovative Danish knowledge-based company and a global leader in fire protection technology, continuously investing in strengthening our technological edge. Our fire suppression product, Inergen, is 100% sustainable and produced from atmospheric gases – in other words, from the very air we all breathe.

Our goal is to become one of the world’s leading suppliers of stationary fire protection systems – and we are well on our way. We already have international partners in large parts of the world, many more are on the way, and we are effectively seizing all the opportunities we see in the market.

Create success

You will be responsible for the sales activities related to the partnerships established by our Business Development Managers. You will develop and maintain these partnerships in a structured way through your service-minded and commercial approach.

Our partners are global fire and safety companies that implement our solutions for their own customers around the world.

We keep travel days to a minimum – approximately 5-10 days per year – so most of your customer contact will take place digitally via Teams meetings and similar platforms. You will receive all the training you need in our product, as we have extensive technical expertise in-house.

More specifically, you will:

  • Proactively and frequently contact partners to ensure Fire Eater remains top of mind
  • Prepare quotations for partners and ensure their contracts are kept up to date
  • Act as the partner’s first point of contact and ensure they receive the support they need
  • Conduct product training for partners via webinars, drawing on our technical experts
  • Participate in trade fairs to build relationships with new and existing partners

We divide the markets geographically, while also taking preferences, language skills and competencies into account. This means you will work closely with a large group of partners on a daily basis.

In Denmark, we are around 75 employees, including approximately 20 colleagues in Sales & Projects and around 30 colleagues located around the world.

We offer the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week once you are fully settled in the role and able to work independently. In the near future, we will open an office west/south-west of Copenhagen, which you may choose as your base if you live in that direction.

You can look forward to an attractive salary package including pension, lunch scheme and massage arrangement. We also have an active staff association that organises many enjoyable events for us throughout the year.

You have a high level of activity and a sales-driven mindset
  • You have experience with B2B sales to distributor networks, resellers, partners or agents, and a strong understanding of technical project sales.
  • You have an aptitude for technical solutions and are keen to familiarise yourself with our products and the various countries’ fire safety regulations, etc.
  • You have a high, professional level of written and spoken English. Danish is not a requirement
