Do you want to help strengthen Flügger’s presence in international markets? Then you might be our new Key Account Manager with focus on France. As a Key Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing Flügger’s sales in France – and over time also in other export markets.
You will play a central role in Flügger’s growth journey, with the opportunity to shape the development of your own markets while actively contributing to the overall expansion of Flügger Export. The position is based at our headquarters in Rødovre, just outside Copenhagen, where we value presence and collaboration at the office.

The organisation is flat, with an informal atmosphere and open communication within the team. You will be part of our Danish export team as well as our export team located at our factory in Poland. You will be responsible for your own market and have a varied role covering sales, negotiations, project management, and other exciting tasks.Your palette You have several years of documented success in B2B sales – ideally from a similar role, where you gained solid experience in driving sales and developing markets.
You also hold a relevant sales education and possess strong knowledge of customer service. We imagine you are someone who: Is a strong and trustworthy communicator, skilled at building relationships Has a commercial mindset and strong business acumen Is highly driven, result-oriented, and motivated by making a difference Works in a structured and goal-oriented way Is a team player but also capable of working independently Inspires trust and keeps your word Has good numerical understanding and solid IT knowledge Speaks and writes fluent English and French – knowledge of other languages is an advantage (especially Danish) We offer As a Key Account Manager at Flügger Export, you will have the opportunity to make an impact – both on your own markets and on the overall development of Flügger.
