The position
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead a strategic workstream in our digital transformation program focused on integration with CMOs and suppliers.
- Align closely with stakeholders across EVP areas to understand their needs and establish strong collaboration.
Our transformation focuses on building a data platform for both external and internal stakeholders, as we believe data is the key enabler for innovation and process optimization. Integrating data from our external partners is essential for improving the reliability and transparency of external operations, so a strong understanding of data in the context of manufacturing is a plus.
You can expect to join a dynamic environment, where you will manage various activities in parallel. Flexibility will be needed to ensure balanced workloads across all program workstreams.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
- A relevant academic degree (in disciplines such as engineering, supply chain, digital business).
- At least 4 years of project management experience in the IT/OT/Digital context.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end and independently, including change management and training.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience working within supply chain, ideally in a pharma environment, would be considered a plus.
As a person, you are a great communicator with a "can-do" attitude, who enjoys engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the company. About the Department
You will join a digital transformation program anchored within the department External Supply Strategy & Digital where we are responsible of deploying the newly launched ES Business Plan, and driving the ES Strategy development. As part of that, in our team we deliver on the data and digital initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders within External Supply, DDIT and others.
