What You’ll Do Reporting to the Senior Director of Connectivity & Embedded Software, you will join the team responsible for our Hearing Aid platform releases in a safely regulated environment compliant with IEC62304, together with Requirement and Test managers.
This is executed in a SAFe governed environment, where the releasable deliveries are generated in the ARTs. You will be part of the CESW (Connectivity and Embedded Software) leadership team, collaborating with managers, architects, and other SAFe ART leaders.
The Role As Senior Project Manager you will in close collaboration with our ARTs: Lead and manage hearing aid software platform releases, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Represent the hearing aid platform release function in Product Programs and proactively participate in the Program Delivery organization Develop, monitor, and follow up on delivery plans, milestones, daily progress, and ensure all required documentation is in place Ensure compliance with defined processes and quality management systems for software development, including risk management, dependency planning, and status reporting Take full accountability for embedded software delivery to assigned programs, including platform and infrastructure releases, and serve as the interface to R&D during regulatory audits As part of the Project Manager position, you will also be assigned Epic ownership role as part of our SAFe operational setup – centered around software functionality in the hearing aid., here you will Define and prioritize epics in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to ensure epics are well-defined and actionable Drive execution of epics from ideation to delivery in collaboration with the ARTs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and release plans About you You probably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software development or engineering and have documented experience within SAFe, embedded software and project management.
Furthermore, we look for the following skills and experiences: Proven experience with leading large software projects Good understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira align, or equivalent Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A talent for follow through with your projects Maybe you also have prior experience working with projects interfacing into a SAFe governed environment.
