Technical Support Advisor – Danish Speaker (Audiovisual Entertainment)

About the Role
Join an international technical support project within the audiovisual entertainment industry, supporting a leading global digital platform.
In this role, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with technical issues related to consumer electronics and streaming devices, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality user experience. You will be part of a multicultural team in a fast-growing tech environment with strong focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
- Identify and analyze technical problems through active listening and clear questioning
- Deliver accurate and efficient solutions using internal tools and training resources
- Document all relevant customer interactions in the system
- Stay up to date with new technologies and product developments
- Danish: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
- English: B2
- MS Office knowledge
- Service-oriented, analytical and communicative profile
- Willing to learn

- Previous experience in technical support
- Strong interest in technology
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 18:00
- Base salary: €21,428 gross/year
- Performance bonus: up to €1,800 gross/year
- Full-time permanent contract (39h/week)
