Marketing Coordinator - Temporary Are you efficient in qualifying marketing tasks and coordinating team resources? Is structure and communication a part of your DNA - keeping everything on schedule, making sure we don’t drop the ball, and keeping everybody informed throughout the process?
At ABENA, we are looking for a temporary Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a temporary period of time (five months) at our headquarters in Aabenraa and help us keep an efficient workflow as we support a global company! As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning tasks for content writers, graphic designers, and other creative resources across all target audiences and segments.
Your goal is to ensure steady progress on both day-to-day tasks and larger projects, while facilitating clear and timely communication with key stakeholders and maintaining effective information flow across internal and external channels. Working closely with the Project Manager and creative team members, your role provides structure and visibility into ongoing marketing initiatives by supporting and developing project timelines.

The position plays a key role in driving the successful marketing task support and ad hoc assignments across segments, ensuring communication, consistency, quality, and timely delivery. Your key Responsibilities Coordinate and qualify tasks through a ticket system (Monday), and ensure smooth project flow as well as arrange meetings and communication (Teams) with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Compliance, Legal) Support marketing activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and creative team Assist with creative briefs while providing daily support to country teams and departments.
