The position runs from 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026.As a student assistant for communication, your job will be to write engaging posts for LinkedIn and websites affiliated with CHC projects and partnerships.We welcome candidates from different backgrounds.
You might be a student with a technical background who has some experience and a flair for communication, or you could be studying communication combined with an interest in computational methods and technology.
The position entails: Interviewing researchers and partners Writing stories for our websites and posting news updates Creating original and engaging social media posts for LinkedIn Attending and documenting activities and events Updating our websites Assisting with various activities such as workshops, conferences, and other events.
Applicants must: Have experience with written communication and knowledge of story structure and style Be fluent in both spoken and written Danish and English Be able to work independently and meet deadlines.Furthermore, it will be considered an advantage if applicants have: Experience with or knowledge about our area of business including but not limited to high performance computing, natural language processing, programming etc.
Experience with illustration or drawing is a plus Experience with Typo3 or other CMS systems.
Working at Center for Humanities Computing You will become part of the communications team at Center for Humanities Computing.
The team currently consists of two student assistants working with photography and written communication and the Communications Manager, Line Ejby Sørensen.CHC is a research and development unit at Aarhus University that collaborates with researchers from arts and humanities (Faculty of Arts) at Aarhus University.
