As our new Product Development Engineer, you will be leading the advancement of next-generation pump and motor technologies to strengthen sustainable groundwater solutions for customers worldwide.

What you will be doing: As a key part of the team, you'll create impact by driving key technology development and knowledge sharing that ensures a perfect fit between customer needs, product features, and production capability..

Your main responsibilities include: Lead engineering, development, and maintenance activities across the value stream to align product features with customer demands and production capabilities Develop, drive, and implement key technologies while ensuring transfer of products to the full value chain Specify and evaluate tests in compliance with relevant norms and product approval standards Provide technical substance and content for the whole value stream, supporting Technical Product Owners and Lead Engineers Drive knowledge sharing and mentoring within the value stream and contribute to a well-functioning, self-organised Scrum team Deliver on product development projects according to a prioritised task backlog, meeting deadlines with technical excellence What makes you a great fit Above all, you are a detail-oriented and collaborative engineer with deep expertise in composite materials, a strong understanding of product development processes, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions in a large manufacturing environment.

We would also imagine that you have: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in product development, preferably in a large manufacturing environment Proven experience with composite materials and their application Proficient in English, both verbal and written It is a plus if you also: Master's degree in engineering or a related field Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development teams Strong understanding of product approval standards and relevant industry norms Why you will love working here We care!
