Your role will be to ensure that the company's export activities are conducted in compliance with current legislation and internal guidelines.Your primary responsibilities will include:• Analyzing and validating compliance data in SAP and other systems• Maintaining and uploading documentation and records• Preparing reports and master data• Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-dateDepending on your qualifications, your tasks may also include:• Contributing to awareness training and process development• Analyzing orders and shipments against best practices• Providing support in connection with audits and reportingyour profileWe envision that you:• Have experience with SAP and preferably compliance-related tools• Work in a structured manner with a keen eye for detail• Are fluent in both spoken and written EnglishIt is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also have:• Experience with SAP• Experience handling large volumes of data• Knowledge of EU, US, or Danish export control regulations• Experience with the classification of goods and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN)• Experience with compliance screening and customer dataabout youThe ideal candidate is independent, efficient, and comfortable taking responsibility while navigating a workday with diverse tasks.
