Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan, manage, and deliver customer implementation and onboarding projects
- Understand customer needs and translate them into effective Qarma solutions
- Provide product training and support for users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous product improvement
- Proactively engage customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
Our customers are operating worldwide, and we are lucky to work with some of the leading fashion and design companies to help them make better products and challenge the way they work today. This means you will be working closely with a lot of exciting brands and retailers from all over the world.
Our organization reflects this, so you will have customer-facing colleagues in Copenhagen, USA, Australia, Vietnam and China. Your daily work will take place in our Aarhus office together with colleagues across marketing, compliance, sales and development departments.
Your job will be to engage with customers through email, online meetings and occasional on-site visits to understand their processes and identify the best way for them to use Qarma. Also, you will be responsible for scoping onboarding projects, align across teams and execute/deliver the projects on time.
From our side, we will equip you with knowledge about Qarma and how to operate our platform, as well as a highly collaborative work environment. You will feel how the whole organization will back you up to make the customer succeed. All we ask of you is the following 🙂
Who You Are
You have 2–5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, buying or quality/compliance roles where you have worked with product development, sourcing, or supply chain. One of your core competencies lies within strong communication and analytical skills, and you obsess a structured and solution-oriented mindset.As a person you consider yourself proactive, independent and you are eager to drive progress. Engaging with customers feels natural, and you intuitively adapt your way of communicating and relating to customers based on their personality and style.
You are fluent in English and preferably German.
