We are seeking a Student Assistant to join our Quality Management Systems (QMS) department. In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside experienced quality system professionals who develop and oversee the effectiveness of our quality systems.
Responsibilities- Provide quality process support to Ascendis colleagues
- Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes within the QMS area
- Handle and analyze data (Excel, CoPilot, PowerBI)
- Provide support in the quality system, Veeva
- General support and assistance with ad hoc tasks
- You are pursuing a relevant academic degree and are preferably between your second or third year of your Bachelor’s studies in pharmacy, business administration, engineering, or a similar field
- You are service-minded, able to work independently, and can manage tasks with minimal supervision
- You are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured. A self-starter, you learn quickly, adapt easily, and aren’t afraid to learn from mistakes
- You are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines
This position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week on-site.
