Your Mission
Be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical guidance and solutions:
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through active listening and targeted questioning
- Provide accurate, efficient, and customer-centric solutions using internal tools and training
- Document all interactions clearly to ensure service excellence and continuity
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in consumer electronics, networks, and AV technology
What You Bring
Essential Requirements:
- Bilingual/Proficient Danish + Advanced English
- Background in ICT or technical education
- Solid understanding of network architecture & consumer electronics (e.g. wireless audio, smart devices)
- Good command of MS Office tools
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent phone etiquette
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Exposure to B2C or B2B environments
- Strong technical curiosity and hands-on mindset
- Permanent contract (39h/week)
- Salary: €21,428 gross/year + up to €1,800 bonus/year
- Modern office in Benalmádena (Málaga)
